DESCRIBE YOUR CHILDHOOD/GROWING YEARS

For me, this is the age when I went to school. And I made school friends, with whom we are still in touch. It was the first experience of friendship that remains between us for a lifetime.

WHAT IS YOUR MEMORABLE MOMENT?

The most memorable moment was when I went outside and saw a dog that got hit by the wheel of a car. I saved him, sent him to the veterinary clinic and then brought him home and he stayed with me. I named him Dingo.

ANY SPECIAL STORIES OR FACTS ABOUT YOUR FAMILY?

My maternal ancestors are from an ancient well-known Armenian family, which included writers, generals, businessman, doctors and scientists. Today, I’m proud of my family. My grandfather is a famous academic. I have the kindest grandmother, who is doctor of Psychological Sciences and a teacher. My mom is Diplomat. And I have a little brother, who has a black belt in karate.

WHAT IS THE MOST UNUSUAL THING YOU HAVE EVER DONE?

During my first show in my life, my heel fell out, and in order not to find myself in an uncomfortable position, I took off my second heel too and walked along the catwalk as if it were a script. People liked it and they started to applaud.

WHAT IS YOUR ADVOCACY?

My message to the people of the planet is to preserve and to cherish our environment… because we are all responsible for our wonderful nature, for the safety of forests, rivers, lakes, animals. By saving our environment, we are saving us at the same time. We must preserve and pass on natural environment to the next generation, at least in a form which we received it from the previous generations.

WHAT TIPS CAN YOU SHARE TO PROMOTE ECOTOURISM & CLIMATE CHANGE?

We have so many beautiful places in Armenia that if people see all these places, they will immediately fall in love and start engaging in ecotourism. Right now in Armenia Ecotourism is developing and we even have hotels for ecotourism lovers.

WHAT MAKES YOU PROUD OF YOUR COUNTRY?

I’m proud that Armenia is a country that first accepted the Christianity as a state region (301) and is located just below the biblical Ararat mountain, on which was the Noah’s ark after the global flood. And from there humanity continued to evolve again.

WHAT CAN YOU PROMOTE ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY?

Armenia is very ancient and at the same time a very young country. Armenia is known all over the world for it’s musicians, composers, architects, scientists. We are very friendly country, we love to treat. And that’s why everyone who visit Armenia comes back here again and again. Geographically Armenia is located at the foot of Mount Ararat. Capital of Armenia Yerevan is 29 years older than Rome. Also, we have many churches and monasteries in Armenia, which are unique architecture.

WHAT TRIVIA ABOUT YOURSELF WOULD YOU LIKE TO SHARE?

Sometimes, I am lucky enough to read people’s minds before they express it. But I do not say this to them to surprise or frighten them.
